Begin your journey into our winemaking process by tasting raw wine directly from the vats and gaining insight into how our wines are crafted.
The tasting takes you from young wines through to barriques and nal blends, revealing the expertise and techniques behind our winemaking process. Local dishes are served throughout the tasting, accompanied by an Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting.
