General Terms and Conditions of the dimnikestate.com online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international codes for online and electronic business.

General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store dimnikestate.com managed by Dimnik Estate d. o. o., Leskoškova cesta  11a, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the service provider), the rights and obligations of the service provider and visitor of the dimnikestate.com website and the user who makes the purchase (hereinafter: the customer).

REGISTRATION

When registering at www.dimnikestate.com the visitor gets a username that is the same as their email address and password. The username and password of the user are directly related to the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase and at the same time agrees with the content of the terms and conditions.

ORDERS, CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

When the service provider receives the order sent by the customer, the customer acknowledges receipt of the order. This confirmation does not guarantee that the goods are in stock and that the shipment of goods has started, but it is only a notification to the customer that the service provider has received the order and that the procedure of checking the availability of goods has begun. After checking availability, the service provider delivers the goods. The sales contract between the service provider and the customer is concluded at the moment when the service provider sends the order confirmation.

All prices on the website are listed in EUR, VAT is also highlighted.

A reduced price is a reduced regular price that is valid for a definite or indefinite period of time and is linked to a regular or special offer or prior arrangements.

All prices listed on dimnikestate.com are product prices and do not include shipping costs. The price shown at the end of an individual order consists of the cost of purchasing the goods, the cost of delivery and the possible cost of payment. The service provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The valid price is the one announced at the time of placing the order.

All prices are valid only for electronic ordering of products through the online store.

Due to the nature of the business, the service provider seeks to change and update product information quickly and frequently. Method of delivery and paymentS

Payment for goods in the online store dimnikestate.com is possible in the following ways:

Payment by pro forma invoice. The customer receives a pro forma invoice at the specified email address. We send the shipment after receiving the payment.

Payment via PayPal secure payment system and payment cards listed on the website.

If previously agreed, payment may be delayed.

We deliver the ordered goods with our own logistics service or with other delivery services/contractual partners.

You can also pick up the ordered goods in person at the company's headquarters.

For delivery of goods in Slovenia, the delivery cost is € 4.90 + VAT. For orders with a total value of € 50.00 - including VAT, delivery is free. For deliveries outside Slovenia, we will compare the prices of at least two delivery service providers and choose the cheapest one, and charge the buyer the cost.

The delivery time of the ordered goods is in principle 2-3 working days, in exceptional cases it can be up to 10 working days. If the goods are not in stock, the service provider notifies the customer and agrees with the customer on the delivery time.

In cases where the offeror delivers the ordered products on time, the service provider is not responsible for the due date of delivery of the contractual partner.

The delivery service is responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment. In case of damage or loss of the shipment, the service provider will send a new one, immediately after the notification.

CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the customer has the right to notify the service provider within 15 days of receipt of the goods to cancel the order. You can return the goods on the basis of a return notification to the e-mail address info@dimnikestate.com

The goods must be returned to the service provider no later than 30 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).

The consumer must return the goods undamaged, originally packaged and in unchanged quantity to the company Dimnik Estate d.o.o. to the address Leskoškova cesta  11a, 1000 Ljubljana. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the consumer.

If you cancel the order, after receiving the goods and checking that the goods are undamaged and in the same quantity, we will refund all payments made. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the notice of cancellation and return of goods.

When returning the goods, the buyer should enclose the invoice for the goods, personal data and the transaction account to which the purchase amount will be returned.

ORDER REFUSAL

The online store reserves the right to refuse an order that it determines cannot be executed under the stated conditions and the information at its disposal.

COMPLAINTS

We strive to satisfy our customers, so we will replace the goods, in case you receive goods that do not meet your wishes or needs, with another, or return the money at your request. Undamaged and unused goods in the original packaging can be returned within 15 days of purchase to the address: Dimnik estate d. o. o., Leskoškova cesta  11a, 1000 Ljubljana, and we will return the purchase amount. The return option is not valid if the original packaging or goods were used.

In the event that the package in which the customer received the ordered goods is physically damaged, part of the order is missing or shows signs of opening, the customer must report the complaint to the courier or delivery company that delivered the goods and notify us. Together with our contractual partner, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.

The service provider shall provide appropriate technological means and security and protection systems that provide adequate protection against data loss or misuse.

The service provider Dimnik Estate d. o. o. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. User data will not be passed on to a third party.
